How long does a reel take?
We aim to return your private review link within one business day of receiving your photos. Busy periods may take a little longer, and we will tell you.
Whose photos are used, and who owns the reel?
The photos remain yours or your photographer's. Please send only photos you have the right to use. You may use the finished reel to market that listing. We do not publish your reel or photos, and we will delete them on request.
Is the video AI?
Yes. The camera motion is generated by AI from your still photos, then edited and checked by us. We tell you so openly, and we only keep clips that match the original photo.
Which formats do I get?
A 16:9 1080p MP4 for your website and agency channels. Vertical versions for social are possible on request, with simpler camera moves.
What does the free sample involve?
Send us one listing. We make a watermarked sample and send you a private link. There is no obligation, and we will not contact you repeatedly if you are not interested.
